🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Carrier: We primarily use DPD for tracked and signed UK deliveries.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, on weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

  • Estimated Delivery: DPD typically delivers within 1–2 working days.

  • We DO NOT guarantee Next Day Delivery

 

  • Tracking & Notifications: You will receive a tracking number after dispatch. DPD may also provide SMS and email updates with real-time delivery information.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and value. Free or discounted shipping may be available during promotional periods.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Carriers Used: We use a combination of DPD, Royal Mail, and trusted international couriers, depending on your country and order type.

  • Dispatch Time: Same as UK — orders placed by 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) ship same day.

  • Estimated Delivery: Varies by region. Most orders arrive within 3–14 working days, depending on the courier and customs process.

  • Tracking: Most international shipments include tracking. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service at checkout for full visibility.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping Costs: Automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and value.

📦 General Shipping Guidelines

  • Packaging: All items are securely packaged to protect product integrity during transit.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Nupex is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • Unexpected Delays: While we aim to dispatch promptly, delays caused by courier issues, weather, customs, or holidays may occasionally occur.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery.
