2. Research Use Only

All products sold on Nupex.co.uk are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.
They are not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption, and not for use in food, drugs, or cosmetics.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • You are buying solely for research purposes

  • You have the appropriate qualifications or intentions to conduct lawful research

  • You will not misuse any product in a way that contravenes UK law

Our peptides are manufactured under stringent quality control conditions and are suitable for applications such as in vitro experimentation, analytical reference, receptor binding studies, and biochemical assay development.

3. Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our products are highly specialised, we can only accept returns under limited conditions:

✅ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@nupex.co.uk . Sending photos and returning damaged items is required. 

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched. Please note that we do not issue refunds for defective or damaged goods; a replacement will always be provided.

❌ Unwanted Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item for your intended research application.

🚚 Missing or Cancelled Orders

If:

  • Your order has not yet been shipped and you cancel in time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate and offer either a replacement or refund. ** This does not apply if items are seized by customs/border agencies etc.

4. Shipping Policy

All UK orders are shipped via tracked DPD delivery.
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
We do not dispatch on public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier performance, but most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days.

We do not gurantee Next Day Delivery
